Terms of Service

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• Service: the online conversion service at floorplannertosketchup.com that turns a FloorPlanner project (a published project link or an uploaded .fml file) into a 3D model for SketchUp in COLLADA (.dae) format
• User: any natural or legal person using the Service
• We/Us: the provider of FloorPlannerToSketchUp
• Rights holder(s): owners of trademarks such as FloorPlanner, SketchUp and Trimble

These terms apply to all use of the Service and all agreements between you and us. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

We provide a conversion service via one-time purchases (€9 per conversion or €39 for 5 conversions) and a Pro subscription (€99 per year, unlimited). The model contains walls, door and window openings, floor slabs and named groups per floor and room. Furniture, materials and finishes are not converted.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, or changes at third parties may temporarily limit the Service.

We do not guarantee that every FloorPlanner project can be converted. The free preview shows what is possible before payment. The .dae file opens in SketchUp Go, Pro and Studio; it does not open in SketchUp Free or SketchUp for iPad.

You agree to:

• Submit only projects and files that you made yourself or have permission to use
• Use the Service lawfully and not perform bulk scraping or abuse
• Not circumvent technical limits or overload the Service
• Provide accurate and current account and contact details
• Meet payment obligations
• Comply with the terms of FloorPlanner, SketchUp and other third parties when using converted files

One-time payments are processed via Stripe (card or iDEAL). After successful payment and conversion, you receive the file by email.

Pro subscriptions are billed periodically via Stripe and can be cancelled from your profile. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

A 5-pack bundle is valid for 6 months from purchase. Unused conversions expire afterwards.

Refunds are provided when you paid but did not receive a usable model because of a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Contact support@floorplannertosketchup.com.

All rights in the FloorPlannerToSketchUp website, software, design and our own content remain with us. You receive a right to use delivered files for personal or business use under these terms.

Your plan stays yours. Rights in your own drawings and FloorPlanner projects remain with you or the respective rights holders, and rights in third-party trademarks remain with their owners.

FloorPlanner, SketchUp and Trimble are trademarks of their respective owners. FloorPlannerToSketchUp is an independent tool and not an official FloorPlanner or SketchUp product or integration.

We do not claim ownership of third-party marks and use those names only to explain supported source and target formats (nominative / descriptive use).

• We must not use third-party names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership
• We process only the projects and files you submit to us
• We are not responsible for changes, blocks or restrictions imposed by FloorPlanner, SketchUp or other third parties
• If a rights holder asks us to adjust our use, we will assess that reasonably and take action where appropriate

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant order in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, lost profits, data loss, or damage caused by changes or outages at third parties.

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance and take effect after a reasonable period, unless earlier application is required by law.

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
